For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "luky365" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated under the domain luky365.app, including all associated games, services, features, and promotional materials.
• "Player", "User", or "You" refers to any individual who creates an account on, accesses, or uses any component of the luky365 platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user profile created by a Player on the luky365 platform, through which all gaming activity, PKR deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which luky365 operates transactions for Pakistan-based players.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, welcome bonus, cashback, reload bonus, or free spin allocation credited to a Player's Account by luky365 under an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the multiple of bonus funds that a Player must bet before Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal from a luky365 Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by luky365, which includes submission and approval of a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a recent selfie photograph for Pakistan-based Players.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited directly by a Player into their luky365 Account, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Service" refers collectively to all products, games, features, support services, and other offerings made available by luky365 to registered Players.

By accessing luky365.app, creating a Player Account, making a deposit in PKR, participating in any game or sports betting market, or accepting any promotion offered by luky365, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance creates a legally binding agreement between you and luky365.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with luky365's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, game-specific rules, and any promotion-specific terms published on the luky365 platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

To access the full range of luky365 services, including real-money games, PKR deposits, sports betting, and Cockfighting markets, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on luky365 at any time. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method (such as the same Easypaisa or JazzCash number), the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. luky365 reserves the right to close all Accounts found to be in violation of this policy and to forfeit any remaining balances therein.

Players must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on their CNIC, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and any other details requested by luky365 during or after the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or deliberately inaccurate information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

A luky365 Account is personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances. Playing on behalf of another individual or allowing another individual to use your Account is prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure.

luky365 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage — at registration, prior to processing a PKR withdrawal, or at any point luky365 determines verification to be necessary. KYC documentation for Pakistan Players typically includes a clear photograph of both sides of a valid CNIC and a recent clear selfie photograph of the account holder. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their luky365 Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. luky365 will never ask a Player for their password under any circumstances.

Players must notify luky365 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if they suspect that their Account credentials have been compromised, that an unauthorised person has accessed their Account, or that any fraudulent activity has occurred on their Account. Until luky365 receives and processes such notification, all activity on the Account is the Player's responsibility.

To be eligible to create and operate a luky365 Account and participate in real-money gaming activities, a Player must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while operating the Account;
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to them;
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of luky365, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order in force at luky365 or any affiliated platform;
• Access and use luky365 for personal entertainment purposes only — commercial exploitation, systematic wagering strategies intended to exploit bonus structures, and use of automated software are prohibited.

luky365 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) via multiple payment channels available to Pakistan Players, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed in the luky365 Cashier at the time of deposit.

Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts and sources that are registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. luky365 may request evidence that the deposit source belongs to the registered Account holder as part of KYC or anti-fraud procedures.

All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on luky365 are processed in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied to Pakistan Players' accounts. The PKR balance displayed in your luky365 Account reflects your real-money funds and any applicable Bonus Funds, shown separately in the Cashier.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to a Player's luky365 Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes depending on the banking institution and time of day. luky365 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or Pakistan banking systems beyond its control.

luky365 offers a range of promotional offers to registered Pakistan Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the Bonus Funds amount must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal is permitted).
• Bonus Funds have an expiry date. Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the promotion validity window.
• luky365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so — including but not limited to fraud detection, technical error, or abuse of promotional structures.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus structures, colluding with other Players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies specifically to convert Bonus Funds to Real Money Balance will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Accounts may be suspended.
• Promotional offers at luky365 are intended for recreational players in Pakistan using the platform for genuine entertainment purposes.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request is processed by luky365.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering control.
• luky365 targets processing of Easypaisa and JazzCash PKR withdrawals within 10 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, MCB, Meezan, and Bank Alfalah are typically processed within 15–30 minutes on business days. These are targets, not guarantees — processing times may vary.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the luky365 Cashier. luky365 does not impose a maximum withdrawal limit on Players who have completed KYC verification, subject to the luky365 standard anti-fraud review for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• luky365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests. During such review, which luky365 will complete as quickly as reasonably practicable, the relevant funds may be temporarily held pending the outcome.

All games available on the luky365 platform — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, Cockfighting betting, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published on the platform. Players are responsible for understanding the rules, odds, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and bet limits applicable to each game before wagering PKR funds.

All slot and RNG game outcomes on luky365 are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical equipment operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments. No outcome at luky365 is predetermined or manipulated in favour of the Player or the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including network interruption, server error, or software fault — luky365 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any staked PKR to the Player's Account balance. The decision of luky365 in relation to game outcome disputes is final and binding, subject to the internal escalation procedure described in Section 18.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luky365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the luky365 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, and financing of criminal activity;
• Colluding with other Players, whether on luky365 or through external communications, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the luky365 platform in any unauthorised manner;
• Exploiting any error, bug, or software glitch discovered in any luky365 game or platform feature — Players who discover such errors must report them to [email protected] immediately and not attempt to exploit them;
• Registering multiple Accounts or otherwise circumventing the single Account policy;
• Providing false identity documents or misleading information during KYC verification;
• Attempting to access another Player's luky365 Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking channels in bad faith after funds have been used for gambling.

luky365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Repeated unsuccessful login attempts triggering security protocols;
• Player request for self-exclusion under the luky365 Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Statutory requirement or direction from a competent regulatory authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, luky365 may forfeit the Account balance in accordance with applicable law. Where an Account is closed at luky365's discretion for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered PKR payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

luky365 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the welfare of all Pakistan Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits that prevent deposits exceeding the set amount within the relevant period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum PKR loss thresholds within a defined period, after which betting is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders that notify the Player when a playing session has reached a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: A full self-exclusion option that immediately blocks access to the Player's luky365 Account for a minimum period chosen by the Player (ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during active gaming sessions showing time spent and PKR wagered during the current session.

luky365 strongly encourages any Player who believes that their gambling behaviour may be causing harm — to themselves, their family, or their financial situation — to contact the luky365 support team via live chat or at [email protected] for immediate assistance, and to visit the Responsible Gaming page for comprehensive guidance and support resources.

All content on the luky365 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, animations, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and the luky365 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of luky365 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants the Player any licence, right, or interest in any luky365 intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes as a registered Player.

Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the luky365 platform or its content without the prior written consent of luky365. Unauthorised use of luky365 intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luky365's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total value of the Real Money Balance held in the Player's luky365 Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

luky365 shall not be liable for: (a) any gambling losses suffered by a Player, which are an inherent risk of participation in games of chance; (b) loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data, or goodwill; (c) indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform; (d) interruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party service providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Pakistan banking institutions, or telecommunications networks; (e) the acts or omissions of any game content provider whose titles are made available on luky365 under licence.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit luky365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

luky365 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at luky365.app/privacy-policy. By creating a luky365 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by luky365 — including name, CNIC details, Pakistan mobile number, and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. luky365 does not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

luky365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where luky365 makes material changes to these Terms & Conditions, it will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the luky365 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions — including the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page — is always the version in effect. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of luky365 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the luky365 operating entity. Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through luky365's internal dispute resolution process (described in Section 18) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section affects the statutory rights of Pakistan Players under applicable consumer protection legislation in force in Pakistan.

luky365 aims to resolve all Player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support, the matter may be escalated to the formal internal dispute resolution process by written notification to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". luky365 will acknowledge formal disputes within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a final determination within 14 business days.
